Ingredients: Grape of Priorat county , sugar, lemon and honey from Gratallops.
 
Jam tan and dark glossy, semi-gelatinous texture. Sweet taste and aroma of muscat grape. Suitable to accompany soft cheeses, making vinaigrettes, sauces and accompaniments poultry dishes.
