It is one of the traditional liqueurs in the Vall d'Aran fruit of the relationship between this Pyrenean valley with Occitan.
It is a low alcoholic liquor, made from black cassis or blackcurrant fruit.
It is recommended to take it as an aperitif by mixing a few drops with white wine or cava. Also in small glass cold. It serves to make sauces accompanied by game dishes or desserts, especially biscuit or ice cream.
