Extra hard Chocolate. Simón Coll
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, corn starch, emulsifier, cinnamon.
Chocolate a la Taza to be consumed cooked.
Instructions: heat a cup (100ml) of milk, remove from the heat and add 3 cubes (50gr). Allow to melt for approximately 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Thicken by returning to the heat and bringing to the boil.
1 Bar makes 4 mugs.
