Continues the tradition of this liquor, made for centuries in farmhouses in inland Catalonia, following old recipes saved with great zeal, which are transmitted from generation to generation.
 
We recommend taking it after eating ice or chilled.
It is also an excellent complement to roasted or cooked in sauces, which provides all the flavors and nuances that made plants, and also to make desserts with fruit or pastry.
