Made by Specialty Cobo Espluga Francolí (Conca de Barbera).  Family homemade products for three generations.
 
These "wafers" are prepared with flour, sugar and eggs. The smooth texture and cooking along with this craft, hand reflects greatly on the quality and exquisite cookie.
The secret is so crunchy texture, which achieved its folds, almost perfect, and just giving the typical triangular shape.
 
We recommend serving it with a good ice cream, the taste that you like.
